Description

Manage complex business initiatives and lead teams through Agile and Waterfall methodologies in Farmington Hills, MI.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Coach teams and organizations on Agile/Scrum practices, self-organization, and increasing scrum maturity.
• Remove impediments and build a safe environment for transparent problem-solving and decision-making.
• Support Product Owners with backlog grooming, maintenance, and strategic alignment.
• Partner with business stakeholders and sponsors to drive strategic initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven expertise as a Scrum Master using SAFe Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall methodology.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong ability to lead, hire, train, and coach teams using a servant leadership style.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and managing complex business initiatives.
• Skilled in networking, negotiating, and internal/external communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
