Description

Manage software development operations and IT professional teams to execute multiple releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and technical backlog grooming.
• Remove impediments by coordinating with stakeholders, technical leads, product managers, and business users.
• Assign and review project roadmaps, determine release dates, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to executive management.
• Develop real-time dashboards using JQL scripts and gadget embedding to automate Velocity and feature tracking KPIs.
• Establish agile standards across data engineering teams and regulate technical workflows within Jira.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Jira for workflow regulation and task analysis.
• Ability to write advanced JQL scripts for data automation.
• Experience tracking and delivering project KPIs.
• Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks and engineering best practices.
• 2+ years of working experience in project management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations as required.
