Description

You will lead the Planning department to ensure effective resource workload analysis and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Planning group by coaching subordinates and communicating role-specific expectations.
• Monitor and report on schedule performance against baselines to drive on-time delivery.
• Promote the use of company planning tools and develop new tools for resource workload analysis.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure proper resource planning across the company.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in project management or planning roles.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent professional communication skills in English.
• Proven talent building and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Project Server.
