Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment plans by defining target groups, channels, and employer branding strategies.
• Manage recruitment projects focused on optimizing the candidate journey and improving existing processes.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Set up and maintain KPI-based reporting to measure and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share knowledge and drive diversity and inclusion goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within recruitment.
• Experience working within the energy sector or IT environment.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment projects and process improvements.
• Experience in setting up KPI-based reports and using data for continuous optimization.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to execute both immediate wins and long-term strategic goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Safe methodologies.
• University degree in any field.
