Description

Lead customer programs and complex projects within a telecom environment, managing the full lifecycle from pre-sales to final handover.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships as the primary interface, handling complaints, corrective actions, and changing requirements.
• Control project delivery within approved budgets, profitability forecasts, and planned scope.
• Coordinate change management across cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ) to maintain updated project plans.
• Lead the project team, approve time charges, provide status reports, and manage third-party suppliers.

Required Skills

• Experience with customer delivery and development projects in a telecom environment.
• Technical knowledge of Core, VNF concepts, 5G, and Cloud migration.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage high-pressure situations with minimal supervision.
• Strong skills in managing customer expectations and communications.
• Ability to manage project financial, product, and service forecast activities.
• Experience with contract management and delivery approach selection.
