Description

Manage IT solution implementations in government or public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Define use case models and activity diagrams to create clear User Stories.
• Develop and maintain a Product Backlog of User Stories.
• Track project velocity during sprint and release planning.
• Articulate risks, issues, and recommendations to business stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
• Act as a liaison between business requirements and development teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing IT solution implementations.
• Experience working within a government agency, public sector, or higher education organization.
• Deep understanding of project planning and management methodologies.
• Strong ability to communicate expectations to project teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Technical familiarity with Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, MS Products, and Adobe.
