Description

Lead end-to-end program execution for multiple projects and cross-functional, multi-vendor teams. Ensure successful delivery within budget and scope constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Manage project budgets and oversee resource requirements for program execution.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and program-level meetings, including SteerCo, OpCo, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management by maintaining RAID and change logs.
• Provide metric-driven status reports and success metrics to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced experience with ADO, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to manage project plans encompassing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Experience with estimation techniques and managing multi-vendor teams.
• Technical familiarity with Web Development, application development, and Cloud applications.
• Ability to manage release planning, annual operational planning, and budget prioritization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing oversight for multiple individual project PMs.
