Description

You will manage operational coordination and meeting logistics for the VPM team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, setup, and facilitation of recurring and ad-hoc meetings, including vehicle program meetings and milestone checkpoints.
• Draft agendas, coordinate logistics, and proactively gather pre-read materials and questions.
• Perform ticket hygiene checks in Jira and Confluence to ensure data accuracy ahead of meetings.
• Capture and circulate meeting notes, decisions, and action items, tracking follow-ups to closure.
• Identify operational inefficiencies or blockers and develop lightweight workflows to address them.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program coordination, operations, or project support.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience within the automotive, robotics, aerospace, or hardware industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex meeting logistics and drive follow-through in cross-functional environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and proactively create structure.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with vehicle/product development processes and hardware/software integration.
• Experience with issue resolution and change management.
