Lead operational excellence and project delivery for meetings and events initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead new operational excellence and departmental efficiency initiatives from intake through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and communications for key initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and technology platforms supporting meetings and events.
• Oversee SharePoint site maintenance, access governance, audits, and content accuracy.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 6+ years in meetings and events.
• Expert project and program management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet (Core Product, Core App, System Administrator) and workflow automation.
• Experience managing enterprise scale processes, platforms, or programs.
• Data governance, reporting, and quality management expertise.
• Vendor, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence change in complex, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Cvent Administrator Certification.
