You manage the end-to-end execution of Real Estate IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Real Estate IT projects by coordinating with Network, Security, site support, UC vendors, and Business Units.
• Develop project plans defining scope, business requirements, cost, timelines, resource allocation, and quality.
• Drive technical and functional teams to complete critical path requirements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource levels to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify risks, communicate project health to senior leadership, and manage changes through formal approval.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing diverse projects and programs.
• Technical experience in SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with GIS in IT for Real Estate projects, including Network and Security/Firewall setup.
• Familiarity with MS Teams and Network/Firewall concepts to support IT deliverables.
• Ability to perform business analysis, document requirements, and engage key business stakeholders.
