Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support PLM enhancements, implementation initiatives, and engineering systems projects.
  • Coordinate activities across Business, Engineering, IT, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Provide clear and regular project status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and proactively drive resolution.
  • Manage communication across technical and business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and ensure deliverables meet project expectations.
  • Support implementation, release, and post-deployment activities.
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Excellent project planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Strong experience coordinating Business, Engineering, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Ability to drive execution and maintain accountability across multiple teams.
  • Strong experience preparing and presenting project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) programs.
  • Experience with engineering systems / engineering applications.
  • Experience with PLM implementations, enhancements, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating testing, UAT, deployment, and production readiness activities.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology vendors and implementation partners
