Description

Lead operations, support, and development teams for large-scale Azure cloud-based applications, managing 25-30 members to ensure SLA compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and support teams of 25-30 members to meet defined SLAs.
• Own and manage major incidents in production and lower environments.
• Track and ensure compliance with key metrics including SLA, MTTR, MTTA, and KPI.
• Drive automation, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in IT project management.
• 8+ years in development project management and application support.
• 5+ years managing Azure-based applications and DevOps processes.
• 5+ years of technical experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure analysis and monitoring using Splunk, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• 5+ years in customer management and client-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX for 3 days per week.
