You will lead large-scale, multi-million dollar projects with significant business implications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project accountability by managing complex work environments and removing roadblocks.
• Mitigate risks and develop business readiness and mitigation plans.
• Produce high-quality project plans, status updates, and reports using standard project management tools.
• Manage engagements with executive-level stakeholders and build relationships between Business and IS partners.
• Mentor and support other project managers within the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and high executive visibility.
• Strong business acumen for assessing readiness and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated discipline in using project management tools and maintaining rigor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technologists to gain their confidence.
• Experience resolving issues and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
