Description

You will own the end-to-end development and implementation of small to medium-sized technology projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor technical projects from initial concept through final implementation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and accurate work estimates in collaboration with business partners and vendors.
• Communicate project health, metrics, and status reports to stakeholders via regular checkpoints and scorecards.
• Manage project budgets with a focus on technical cost containment and approved funding approvals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing technical projects and vendor deliverables.
• Direct technical vendor teams and review all project deliverables and technical artifacts.
• Perform labor forecasting and resource planning to ensure appropriate staffing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mitigate project risks and ensure all tasks and artifacts adhere to corporate, government, and department standards.
• Competency in developing actionable project schedules and estimates.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in resource planning and labor forecasting.
