Description

You will plan and coordinate complex internal IT projects from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving network, server, or software implementations and upgrades, as well as PC deployments.
• Coordinate work between IT staff and internal partners by defining requirements and performing feasibility and impact assessments.
• Develop detailed project plans covering resource allocation, progress tracking, and change control processes.
• Oversee testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
• Establish work methods, timetables, and performance standards for assigned functions.

Required Skills

• 10 years of specific project management professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project management concepts, processes, and tools.
• Experience managing network, server, or software implementation and upgrades.
• Experience managing PC deployment projects.
• Technical skill in assessing IT system status and identifying causes for service disruptions.
• Ability to plan and execute typical assignments independently within a professional IT environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
