Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams by delegating tasks and fostering collaboration to hit milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to maintain financial constraints.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies and quality control measures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
