Description

Manage IT projects from planning through execution and finalization within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-functional projects, ensuring products meet business and end-user requirements.
• Apply project management best practices for risk, quality, and change control.
• Manage vendors and collaborate with department staff to fulfill project requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and technology evaluations to implement process changes.
• Create and maintain project assets including Risk Registers, RACI Diagrams, Stakeholder Registers, and Project Charters.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management at an enterprise level.
• Experience managing project assets such as Requirements Traceability Matrices, ROI analysis, and Statements of Work.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both executives and end users.
• Proven track record in vendor selection and vendor management.
• Strong proficiency in proactive risk management and problem-solving.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Must be a resident of Colorado.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification.
• ITIL certification or experience.
• Government sector experience.
