Description

Lead integrated program plans for vulnerability remediation, patching, and hardening across infrastructure and application towers. Own execution governance, including readiness reviews, weekly stakeholder cadence, change scheduling, and post-implementation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage rolling schedules for vulnerability remediation and hardening initiatives across all infrastructure tiers.
• Run execution governance including readiness reviews, weekly stakeholder cadence, change scheduling discipline, and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain risk, action, issue, and decision logs; drive timely escalation and ensure decision closure.
• Coordinate dependencies across Security, Service Desk, Service Management, application owners, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders.
• Publish executive-ready status reporting on schedule performance, risks, remediation progress, vulnerability aging, compliance trends, and SLA attainment.

Required Skills

• Five or more years of project management experience leading infrastructure operations, remediation, endpoint, server, or network delivery programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs requiring after-hours change windows, formal change governance, and measurable operational outcomes.
• Strong command of metrics and reporting, including service level agreement tracking and executive-level status communications.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management concepts and tool-assisted validation, specifically Qualys Vulnerability Management.
• Ability to translate Qualys Vulnerability Management findings into actionable remediation waves and validated closure reporting.
• Experience ensuring documentation quality for runbooks, implementation plans, communications templates, and audit evidence packages.
• Support resource planning, capacity forecasting, and surge planning during high-severity vulnerability events.

Preferred Skills

• Hospital information technology experience strongly preferred; broader healthcare experience preferred.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
