Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale 24x7x365 managed infrastructure services engagement supporting enterprise network, cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, data center, and operational environments. The Program Manager will oversee service delivery, governance, customer engagement, SLA compliance, financial management, and cross-functional operational execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall program delivery and governance
• Manage customer relationships and executive communications
• Drive SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence
• Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure and security teams
• Manage risks, escalations, and major incidents
• Oversee transition and service onboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and operational standards
• Lead resource planning and financial management

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure/program management experience
• Experience managing 24x7 managed services/MSP operations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience with infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity operations
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
