Description

Lead large-scale managed infrastructure services engagements covering network, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, governance, and operational execution for 24x7x365 environments.
• Manage customer relationships, executive communications, and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to resolve escalations and major incidents.
• Drive ITIL process adherence, risk management, and resource planning.
• Lead transition activities, service onboarding, and financial management for the engagement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure or program management experience.
• Proven track record managing 24x7 managed services or MSP operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and operational standards.
• Experience with infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage financials and resource planning for large engagements.
• Any Graduate education level.
