Lead the end-to-end Coupa Procurement Application implementation for a large-scale digital transformation project through December 2025.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Coupa rollout across S2P, Procurement, Sourcing, Risk Management, Expenses, CPO Collaboration, Spend Guard, and CLM modules.
• Manage Coupa integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA via middleware and oversee PowerBI Extractor integration.
• Standardize procurement workflows and lead supplier onboarding and enablement initiatives.
• Execute change management strategies, including impact assessments and training, to drive adoption across finance, IT, and procurement teams.
• Monitor project risks, budget, and scope while ensuring compliance with GDPR and procurement governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience leading Coupa or procurement system implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP ECC and S4HANA integration.
• Proven track record managing large-scale procurement system rollouts and supplier enablement.
• Deep understanding of procurement transformation, spend analytics, and process automation.
• Strong background in change management and business adoption strategies.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across IT and finance.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
