Description

You will lead Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and the successful delivery of high-quality product increments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the development team on self-organization and guide the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and clarity.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress or impact delivery quality.
• Monitor and report on team metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown to drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage stakeholder communication and act as a buffer to protect the team from external distractions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in an Agile role or as a Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Proficiency in Kanban and Lean methodologies.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification.
