Description

You will lead project delivery within GCC or shared services environments, managing cross-border initiatives for UK and EMEA stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-border projects involving UK and EMEA stakeholders.
• Implement project governance frameworks and escalation protocols.
• Drive stakeholder communication through formal and empathetic channels.
• Oversee project lifecycles using standard management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in project management or IT delivery.
• Experience managing stakeholders across UK and EMEA regions.
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong command of project governance and escalation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• MBA degree.
