Description

You lead project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer expectations and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, securing commitments from all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, adapting to changes as required.
• Allocate resources and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Implement governance structures, change control processes, and quality assurance standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and drive project handovers to operations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Project Manager with demonstrable end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to act as a Scrum Master, driving efficiency and collaboration.
• Experience with SIAM (Service Integration and Management) and partner integration.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
• Synergy Foundation & Practitioner, SIAM Foundation & Practitioner certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering.
