Description

You will lead Salesforce implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, managing scope, schedule, costs, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate project teams, providing mentorship and ensuring effective communication and synchronization.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or as a Project Administrator.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale projects on a cloud platform.
• Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE II certification.
• Knowledge of data protection and Consent Management processes in CRM.
