Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of product and technology initiatives using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination.
• Monitor and report key delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown, and release readiness.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of overall experience with 4–5 years in Project/Program Management.
• Strong practical experience with Agile delivery frameworks: Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with distributed/global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the US healthcare domain (payer/provider ecosystems).
• Exposure to AI/ML-led initiatives or data-driven platforms.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification.
