Description

Manage the master project plan and all activities required for the creation of a tissue processing facility.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop the master project plan and sub-plans to support facility development and processes in accordance with AA TB, FDA, and cGMP standards.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead weekly project team meetings to communicate status, updates, and milestones to the project team and executive management.
• Collaborate with quality, regulatory, operations, and finance teams to drive accountability for deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring all project documentation is complete and appropriately stored.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing projects within a regulated life sciences industry, such as human tissue, medical devices, biologics, or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency using electronic project management tools to track progress.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Direct experience in the human tissue industry.
