Description

You will manage facility development projects in a regulated life sciences environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Master Project Plans and sub-plans aligned with AA TB, FDA, and cGMP standards.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead weekly team meetings to communicate status, milestones, and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverable accountability.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain complete documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Direct experience in a regulated life sciences company (tissue, devices, biologics, or pharmaceuticals).
• Proficiency with electronic project management tools for progress tracking.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
