Description

You will lead project delivery within the banking and financial services sector, managing technology and data-driven initiatives from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
• Coordinate daily activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure strict adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience within banking or financial services (FS).
• Strong expertise in Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience managing technology or data-driven projects.
• Demonstrated ability in risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML or data analytics programs.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Experience working in Capital Markets environments.
