Description

You will lead end-to-end project delivery for AI and machine learning initiatives in wealth management and private banking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to drive execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including updates to leadership, risk tracking, and decision support.
• Manage AI and machine learning initiatives, including implementation, integration, and process optimization.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience working on AI or machine learning initiatives.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Predictive Analytics and NLP tools.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client onboarding, portfolio management, advisor platforms, or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as generative AI applications.
