Lead the implementation and enhancement of large-scale, critical IT projects, including the HHS enterprise licensing system (ELS).
Responsibilities
Drive the entire project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to technical and quality requirements.
Develop detailed Project Management Plans, including task identification, milestones, scope, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Coordinate with team leads to develop, adjust, and secure approval for project estimates and work packages.
Monitor project progress and milestones, taking corrective action to maintain schedules and advising stakeholders on budget status.
Facilitate business process re-engineering to optimize workflows and minimize custom application functions.
Required Skills
9+ years of project management experience leading successful implementations.
Expertise in the five PMI project phases and their associated inputs and outputs.
Proven ability to manage delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months.
Experience managing multiple work efforts and prioritizing tasks across project teams.
Strong interpersonal skills for consulting with program areas and IT teams to define requirements and resolve problems.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Knowledge of DHS, DOH, DDAP, PATCH, POCs, or PeopleFluent/VectorVMs.
