Description

You will lead the implementation of the Electronic Case Management (ECM) system on a common enterprise platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop implementation plans and secure necessary approvals for new applications on the enterprise platform.
• Lead other program managers to ensure successful ECM system implementation and business process integration.
• Establish onboarding plans to support program offices transitioning to the ECM platform.
• Define and execute plans to decommission legacy custom-coded systems as onboarding completes.
• Communicate with executive leadership, DHS program office stakeholders, and HHS DC through established governance structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise platform implementations.
• Experience leading and coordinating multiple program managers.
• Ability to develop decommissioning plans for legacy systems.
• Experience working within formal governance structures and reporting to executive leadership.
• Capacity to acquire subject matter expertise in case management processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
