Description

You will manage the lifecycle of small to medium projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for assigned projects.
• Develop and update project plans, defining approaches, timelines, tasks, resource needs, and critical paths.
• Prepare and deliver updates on project progress, results, issues, and risks to management and stakeholders.
• Document business decisions, gather feedback, and facilitate workflows for project teams.
• Lead and track multiple creative projects and complex, multi-track timelines concurrently.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a creative, agency, or marketing field.
• Strong communication skills, capable of bridging business and technical discussions.
• Detail-oriented approach with proven project management capabilities.
• Ability to support multiple projects and manage corresponding documentation.
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Processes.
• Ability to identify problems and escalate issues to lead projects.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
