Description

You will manage complex IT projects end-to-end using agile methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive project execution within a Scrum team framework.
• Communicate project status and requirements across all organizational levels, including executives.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage scope.
• Motivate team completion through demonstrated leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of full-time experience in project management for large and complex IT projects.
• 3+ years of full-time experience working on a Scrum team.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Agile project management methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Azure DevOps for project-related activities.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• 3+ years of experience in utilizing Agile project management methodologies.
