Description

Lead cross-functional project workstreams, governance, and stakeholder engagement for large, complex initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and ownership.
• Create and maintain project governance artifacts such as RACI matrices, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations through resolution.
• Coordinate activities across internal business units, external partners, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote project management best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream projects with executive visibility.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and governance artifacts (Workplans, RAID Logs, RACI Matrices, Change Control, Decision Logs).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Medicaid, healthcare, managed care, or health and human services programs.
• Knowledge of Section 1115 demonstrations/waivers or similar government program implementations.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
