Description

You will serve as a Project Controller and Coordinator for the CT-KIND project team, supporting system planning, design, development, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for consultants and vendors.
• Coordinate and schedule project meetings, events, and agendas.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and updates via SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks including timekeeping, security liaison duties, and workstation/help desk scheduling.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Controller, Coordinator, or in a related administrative role.
• Proven experience coordinating large groups and organizing complex activities.
• Knowledge of case management systems and modern web-based capabilities.
• Experience managing project documentation and communications.
• Familiarity with human services environments.
• Ability to arrange office equipment, workstations, and help desk scheduling.
• Any Graduate degree.
