Description

You will manage portfolio metrics, financial tracking, and PMO governance to drive enterprise-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Create and measure programmatic KPIs, performance dashboards, and portfolio metrics across the enterprise.
• Track portfolio financials and report accurate project cost information.
• Analyze project trends and provide strategic recommendations to Portfolio Managers regarding ROI and process improvements.
• Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process while monitoring compliance with PMO policies.
• Prepare executive management briefing materials and consolidate project status data against baselines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Portfolio Program Management Office (PMO), PMO analyst, or PM coordinator role.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience with governance best practices, including intake processes, prioritization, and resource management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Portfolio Project Management Tools.
• Technical familiarity with C# .NET.
• Ability to visualize complex data for executive-level consumption.
