Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams and hold them accountable for delivery.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to drive progress and decisions.
• Uncover hidden dependencies, requirements, and expectations to mitigate risk.
• Present complex project status and information clearly to executive leadership.
• Communicate diplomatically with government staff at all levels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience for large-scale technology projects.
• Experience in the public sector or with state agencies, specifically DMV.
• Technical familiarity with mobile app development, cloud infrastructure, and APIs.
• Understanding of digital wallets and biometric authentication.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and PPM tools like Monday.com.
• Ability to synthesize complex data for executive presentations.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field.
