Description

Lead complex IT projects focused on data modernization and healthcare data management. You will manage timelines, deliverables, scopes, and risks from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data migration efforts, including data governance, cleansing, exports, and APIs.
• Direct resource planning, budget management, and capacity allocation.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead project status meetings.
• Navigate iterative and incremental development cycles to adapt to legislative mandates.
• Gather and validate technology requirements for human service systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking IT projects.
• 5+ years of experience working within an enterprise PMO.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing patient or health-related data migrations.
• Familiarity with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management, or claims processing.
• Experience managing projects for governmental agencies or organizations.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's Degree.
