Lead application and data migration projects within the Care Case Management workstream, guiding initiatives from requirements gathering through testing and delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for application and data migration, ensuring timely delivery of work products.
• Facilitate consensus among stakeholders and deliver clear communications to business owners, IT teams, and management.
• Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts to define and drive project objectives.
• Execute project controls including schedule management, status reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Manage risks and issues to mitigate delays and ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within an enterprise PMO.
• Technical project management background in Care Case Management, social work, patient care, or health and human services.
• Direct experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), patient case management, or claims processing.
• Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and decision-making.
• Experience in technology-driven change management.
• Ability to manage budgets and report on IT, HR, and Finance functional processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in complex healthcare data migration projects.
