Responsibilities

• Manage diverse stakeholder groups and lead change management efforts.
• Direct vendor management processes and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
• Navigate matrixed environments to drive decision-making and project progress.
• Synthesize complex information for executive reporting and presentations.
• Apply sound judgment when communicating with all levels of government staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven success leading enterprise software implementations.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and PPM tools like Monday.com.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Ability to manage and drive progress within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the public sector or with government agencies.
• Knowledge of grants administration processes and program administration.
• PMP certification.
