Description

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles and cross-functional teams to deliver defined objectives in Hartford, CT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while creating detailed plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Identify, track, and document project risks and issues to implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings and distribute regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party resources to ensure project alignment.
• Remove roadblocks and impediments to maintain team momentum and accountability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project planning, risk management, and team leadership.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with Monday.com for project and portfolio management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and diagramming tools like Miro or Visio.
• Ability to translate technical and design tasks into actionable project plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, Power Platform, and ForgeRock.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects within complex technical environments involving software development tools.
