Description

You will manage medium to large-scale business projects focused on data, process, and system configuration changes to optimize end-to-end processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and cost parameters with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, track milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using formal verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project threats and report escalations to management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and serve as the primary liaison for all project updates.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Health Insurance Industry (Payer).
• Proven experience in project management and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Strong knowledge of project estimation techniques.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
