Description

Manage project lifecycles from requirement gathering through final delivery in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from clients and internal teams to define efficient work plans.
• Monitor equipment purchase orders to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to meet defined outputs and deadlines.
• Act as the primary communication link between the project team and the customer.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and report progress.

Required Skills

• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer servicing.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and project timelines.
• Ability to resolve project-related issues as they arise.
