Description

You will manage project delivery, scheduling, and reporting within finance, procurement, or logistics domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage program financial administration to ensure alignment with internal policies and processes.
• Oversee procurement and logistics workflows to maintain compliance with project requirements.
• Handle program administration including contract management, SOWs, timesheeting, and status reporting.
• Coordinate project schedules and scope to deliver within budget and quality constraints.
• Apply lessons learned and organizational memory to improve future project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency with Confluence.
• Experience in program financial management.
• Experience in procurement or logistics operations.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts.
• Any Graduate degree.
