Description

You will manage IT incident response planning and system resilience strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT incident response plans to address potential system disruptions.
• Design and conduct simulations and drills to evaluate emergency response effectiveness and team responsiveness.
• Coordinate with IT departments and external vendors to prepare systems for emergencies.
• Manage changes in IT processes and systems during active emergency responses.
• Deliver training programs for staff regarding IT emergency protocols and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT project management or incident response.
• In-depth knowledge of network architecture.
• Expertise in software applications.
• Proficiency in data management protocols.
• Ability to assess vulnerabilities within IT infrastructure, software, and hardware.
• Experience implementing technical solutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Strong command of IT systems and technical infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT systems including network architecture, software applications, and data management.
