Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Reliability & Maintenance Strategy
• Manufacturing Equipment Reliability
• Provide engineering support for equipment including:
• Develop equipment-specific maintenance strategies, inspection standards, spare-parts strategies and failure-prevention plans.
• Electrical, Controls & Automation
• Work closely with controls and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and improve industrial automation systems.
• Predictive & Condition-Based Maintenance
• Identify critical assets suitable for online condition monitoring and IIoT-enabled predictive maintenance.
• CMMS & Maintenance Data
• Establish effective equipment hierarchies and asset master data within the CMMS.
• Improve preventive-maintenance plans and job plans.
• Maintenance Planning & Execution
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians to plan corrective and preventive work.
• OT / Digital Manufacturing
• Partner with Plant IT/OT and Automation Engineering to advance the plant's digital manufacturing capabilities.
• Identify practical opportunities to use plant data to predict failures rather than react to them.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Controls Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, plant engineering or industrial automation.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
