Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects, coordinating resources and managing dependencies across international teams.
- Conduct requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, and risk evaluations for payroll and time tracking systems.
- Design and implement process improvements, driving automation to enhance efficiency and control.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing consistent updates on strategy, progress, and adjustments.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure adherence to global standards and legal requirements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Manager, Kronos, SAP Payroll, Replicon, or Workday Time Tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business application tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and define acceptable solutions in a multi-country environment.
Preferred Skills
- PMI certification (PMP or Agile).
- Technical system expertise, including integration design, testing, and implementation.
- Spanish language proficiency.
