Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and quality standards. You will design processes, manage resources, and drive automation to improve metrics and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute projects, coordinating resources and managing dependencies across international teams.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, and risk evaluations for payroll and time tracking systems.
  • Design and implement process improvements, driving automation to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing consistent updates on strategy, progress, and adjustments.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure adherence to global standards and legal requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Manager, Kronos, SAP Payroll, Replicon, or Workday Time Tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business application tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and define acceptable solutions in a multi-country environment.

Preferred Skills

  • PMI certification (PMP or Agile).
  • Technical system expertise, including integration design, testing, and implementation.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
