Under broad direction, demonstrates the ability to manage projects within a geography or practice area.
Projects may be internal, outsourced or customer-funded and involve multiple disciplines, departments, or development centers.
Assists in developing cost-effective solutions to schedule, evaluates alternatives, and collaborates with client and company's project sponsors to confirm requirements, and ensures acceptance within a defined time frame, quality, and security metrics.
Ensures compliance with Landmark Project Management policies and procedures as defined by the Landmark Lifecycle methodology.
Identifies potential problems and objections.
Actively coaches' others in objection handling and project management.
Keeps TBL management informed of any potential changes to schedule and scope.
Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Geoscience, Software engineering, computer science or business and 6 years of software and project management experience
