Description

Required skills:

- 10+ years of Project Management experience leading and managing large, complex projects in a matrixed organization

-Proven experience in QA/Test Delivery Management (8+ years).

- Must be comfortable with communicating and presenting to all levels of leadership , including Senior level management

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation

- Proven Microsoft Suite expertise (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Strong working knowledge and experience in MSProject and with Agile based PM tool - Azure DevOps (ADO – preferred) or Jira.

- Strong customer-service oriented

- Needs to possess strong Client Management skills

- Serves as a leader/ mentor

- Ability to problem solve, make decision quickly, take initiative, has a sense of urgency and assertiveness

- Experience leading virtual and distributed Project teams, as team will be located onshore, offshore and nearshore

- Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently

- Proven ability to hold people accountable

- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment with often conflicting priorities

- Identify risks and issues and address them on a timely basis

-Ability to work in challenging and aggressive timelines

-Lead and manage the test delivery lifecycle across projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

-Define and implement test strategy, processes, and frameworks aligned with client needs and organizational standards.

-Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and automation adoption

-Experience in managing enterprise-level programs and working in a client-facing role.

-Knowledgeable in JIRA,ADO,Selenium, Rest Assured, SeeTest

-Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies

-Enable AI engineers into Test delivery life to implement AI-driven business solutions.

-Able to implement and drive Agentic AI Workflows

-Lead Agile software delivery across globally distributed engineering teams using Scrum, Jira, DevOps, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and cross-functional dependency management

- Apply Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI to automate processes, improve decision-making, and increase team productivity
